Representative duties include:
Service Team Members at All-Star are organized to conduct HVAC service and installation jobs in an efficient and timely manner. We strive for efficiency at all levels.
Service Team Members perform routine HVAC Service, Repair and Installation activities without direct oversight.
Service Team Members perform point-of-work sales of services, unit components, unit replacements, add-on units, and referrals.
Service Team Members have the opportunity to double their hourly rate each and every week with our revolutionary escalating pay program.
Performing related duties as directed.
Job Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent.
One or more years of successful and full-time HVAC experience, either as a service or installation technician.
Good oral and reading skills, including the ability to read and apply manufacturers' installation instructions and clearly communicate with customers, suppliers, and other employees.
Physical ability to perform all duties noted above under the conditions, circumstances, and extreme weather conditions.
Current drivers license and the ability to operate all types of vehicles in the corporate fleet. Must be insurable by current insurance carrier.
Ability to work efficiently given time pressures, non-standard schedule, extreme weather conditions, varying customer needs and demands, and backlog constraints.
