What You Will Do:
- Process customer orders received from the sales department or branch manager, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences that encourage repeat business.
- Install equipment as necessary.
- For heating equipment, run temporary hoses to connect with natural gas or propane sources.
- Install flexible ductwork as needed for temporary applications.
- Utilize appropriate PPE and fall protection as required at all times.
- Perform initial equipment startup and necessary service repairs.
- Retrieve equipment from customer locations upon completion of rentals, documenting the returned items.
- Conduct equipment reconditioning per established work instructions and complete required checklists.
- Safely store equipment in the branch warehouse.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 0-5 years of Commercial HVAC Experience
- EPA Certification
