We are a small family business that is seeking to hire a full-time service technician. We are looking to train the right individual in the technical aspects of flagpole repair and the installation of custom banners and decorations. Here is an overview of the position, responsibilities and requirements for this job:

Repair of Flagpoles (Training to be Provided)

Installation of banners, decorations, and assisting other crews with the installation and take down of larger flagpoles (as needed).

Must be comfortable with heights, Bucket/Lift Truck Experience a plus!

Service flags and flagpoles by taking down worn flags and hanging new flags.

Working knowledge of hand tools

Ability to navigate the area and have a good sense of direction.

Must be able to work well with others but also enjoy working independently.

Ability to problem solve and provide solutions in a timely manner.

Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Responsible for keeping truck and tools neat and organized.

Requirements

Good physical ability. Position requires substantial amount of lifting and bending

Current and Clean Driver’s License is an absolute must.

Job Environment:

We desire to find a motivated individual, willing to take initiative and learn a new trade.

Work is primarily outdoors.
