Responsibilities: • Adhere to all safety regulations and keep workspaces clean and organized. • Collaborate with engineers, maintenance personnel, and production staff to facilitate their daily tasks and special projects. • Conduct in-depth analysis to forecast factors affecting results, optimizing operational efficiency. • Cultivate productive relationships to expand the business. • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and garner positive recommendations. • Develop comprehensive safety procedure[s], including Lock-Out/Tag-Out protocols. • Effectively manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of project scopes and customer needs. • Engage with customers to effectively address their questions and concerns. • Evaluate electrical equipment from various sources and recommend the most cost-effective options. • Exhibit effective leadership skills both independently and when leading teams. • Forecast weekly goals based on available equipment, human resources, and materials. • Identify and promptly address potentially dangerous electrical hazards. • Identify opportunities to enhance production operation performance and oversee projects to completion. • Implement strategies to drive sales growth. • Lead and support team members in troubleshooting components, equipment, and machinery. • Lead small capital projects and provide assistance in project forecasting and planning as part of the budgeting process. • Manage industrial automation projects from their inception to successful completion. • Prioritize safety as the primary objective, striving for zero accidents. • Stay informed about safety regulations, industry trends, and emerging technologies to ensure compliance. • Take responsibility for overseeing customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and overall profitability. • Track project progress, manage billing, allocate manpower, and order materials as required. • Assignments, Jobs, Projects, and/or the Kind assigned by any Supervisor or Upper-Level Member related to Jamtek Assignments, Jobs, Projects, and/or the Kind is required to be accepted and performed as requested.
