We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join our team on an as-needed basis, depending on scheduled projects. This role is essential for the installation, maintenance, and removal of on-site containment systems for our commercial construction projects. The successful candidate will work closely with our lead service technician, office manager, and account executives to ensure project specifications are met with precision and safety.
We are particularly interested in candidates with hands-on experience in construction, specifically in temporary containment systems such as STARC and abatement systems. Experience in hospital or cleanroom environments will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent the TWS brand in a professional and accommodating manner at all times, whether on-site or at the office.
Assist in the installation of temporary containment systems, adhering to Temporary Wall Systems procedures and industry standards.
Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance on the job site.
Operate a variety of hand and power tools to safely assemble and dismantle containment units.
Remove containment systems upon project completion and return materials to storage.
Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring materials are properly handled and stored.
Perform routine maintenance on product inventory, tools, and company vehicles.
Obtain any relevant industry-related licenses as required.
Stay informed on product specifications and industry best practices.
Job Skills & Qualifications:
Required:
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
One year or more of experience in construction, ideally in drywall installation or related fields.
Ability to lift and manipulate heavy equipment and materials.
Excellent physical stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks.
Preferred:
Experience with STARC or Abatement modular systems.
Familiarity with hospital or cleanroom environments.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
