Production/Service Team Member (Ranger Position)-Radon Mitigation/Indoor Air Quality
This position is perfect for anyone looking to begin a new trade such as electrician apprentices, plumbers, carpenters, handymen, construction, service work, and a desire to sell. Day to day work is fulfilling and you literally save lives! We protect our communities from lung cancer and all other indoor air hazards. Each day is different and will alternate between service appointments, radon mitigation, and possibly duct cleaning. Great opportunity to casually mix in personality to add protection to customer's existing projects and make money!
Compensation:
$50,000-$65,000 first year expectation. Base Hourly; Performance Bonus Incentives; accrued Paid Time Off; No Holidays or Weekends; Retirement Plan (company match); 50%-60% Health Insurance paid; Company Life Insurance paid; Vision, Dental, Supplemental Life, Disability plans, Accident and critical illness. Positions Primary Objective: Service existing systems with an unwavering dedication to fix any problems and present additional products to each customer for a healthier indoor air environment. Install new radon systems and perform duct cleaning.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
This position requires a diverse skill set, however, to fill the primary needs of this position the incumbent must:

Keeps customer’s home clean and proactively takes measures to leave it in better condition than found.

Get Work Done:
Safely and efficiently performs installation of radon mitigation systems and other indoor air quality products
Run reactive and proactive service appointments to inspect and fix existing systems.
Understand customer needs, diagnose issues, and repair/replace existing systems.
Consult to understand the customer’s needs and purpose for the project.
Follow proven sales process utilizing sales software (Radon Shield®) to maximize every sales opportunity.
Provide onsite Residential Radon Measurement and Mitigation Proposals.
Ask for the business- Help customers in real time.
Submit all paperwork on time from appointments.
Generate additional leads and sales through referrals.
Be an advocate for radon safety and indoor air quality improvements.
Collect payment from the customer when the job is completed.
Install newly sold products while at the house following proven installation systems and guidelines.
Proactively reviews job specifications to determine the materials, tools, and equipment needed for the job and loads truck.
Continuously learn and practice your trade. Complete industry licensing and credentials to become an expert.
