Job Duties:

This position is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customer’s buildings and grounds by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities.

Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, equipment, and procedures.

Tasks may include sweeping, mopping, trash removal, polishing, dusting, and more.

Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.

Open and lock facilities and enable and disable security systems, as required.

Requirements and Qualities:

The ability to be flexible, work at a fast-pace, and multitask is essential.

Ability to complete duties which require up to 100% standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching overhead, and reaching forward.

Must be able to read cleaning instructions and complete logs, as required.

Must be dependable and punctual.

Maintain a pleasant attitude with team members and provide excellent customer service.

1-2 years of related experience is preferred.

Use proper safety gear where required.

Must have reliable transportation and means of communication.

Candidate must also pass all of Southeast Hospital's orientation process. This includes but is not limited to an extensive background check, drug test, blood draw, physical exams, and education modules.
