    Job Description

    ABOUT THE ROLE: The Account Based Marketing CoE Marketing Manager will be the face of the ABM Asset Lite Platform and the ABM CoE and will be responsible for developing the strategy and be responsible for the execution of providing best-in-class ABM adoption, inspiration, awareness, and education to the global marketing teams. This position will report into the Director of the Global ABM CoE and will work closely with the ABM practitioners, field marketing and external agency in making sure the newest and most up to date content is available for leverage in the highest quality and on time to support their account-based marketing pursuits.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Build a roadmap and promotional strategy to increase adoption and drive awareness of the Asset Lite Platform and improve the user experience which includes refreshed or new assets and campaigns available
    • Work cross functionally with the Industry Marketing and Global Integrated Campaigns team to determine existing programs and assets that can be repurposed and templatized for global ABM pursuits
    • Manage the ABM Asset Portal budget, SLAs and fulfillment process with internal teams and external agency
    • Templatizing "Big Rock" creative developed by Global ABM Team, CXO Engagement and Global Field Marketing so it can be scaled/leveraged via ABM Lite Portal​
    • Partner with the ABM Marketing Operations manager to provide operational excellence of asset campaign naming and attribution for our internal systems for assets created through the ABM Asset Lite Platform
    • Provide guidance and consultation to ABM practitioners and field marketing on the best performing assets and how they can play into their specific account pursuits
    • Coordinate and arrange 2 x ITSMA trainings each year, with options of certifications for ABM Practitioners
    • Lead the quarterly ABM All Hands call to inspire and celebrate ABM globally of best-in-class account-based marketing
    • Create and package up central programs for global leverage such as (Executive Welcome Packs, Knowledge kits, Holiday Campaign and Industry Sprints…)

    KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:

    ·       Proven track record of planning and activating marketing campaigns.

    ·       Excellent project, analytical and budget management skills.

    ·       Works both strategically and in hands-on fashion.

    ·       Familiarity aligning integrated marketing campaigns to a sales cycle and how to employ marketing communication strategies to drive adoption and accelerate growth.

    ·       Excels at communicating cross-functionally, across marketing, sales and with senior management

    ·       Strong knowledge of markets, trends, industries, buying behavior, channel/3rd party implications, and how to work with partners

    ·       Data driven, can dive into metrics, understand KPIs and report on success

    ·       Experience working in fast paced work environments, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

    EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

    ·       Candidate should have 8+ years’ marketing and/or sales experience in high technology

    ·       Ideal candidate has 2+ years specifically supporting a territory or accounts in a field marketing/ABM or sales capacity

    ·       Hands-on data and analytics experience using CRM and/or marketing automation software required

    ·       Experience managing direct mail, events, telemarketing, web content and online campaigns

    ·       Experience working with sales, field marketing, partners and customers and prospective customers

    ·       Experience managing budgets and respect for company spending processes

    ·       Knowledge of IT Buyer types (ITSM domain knowledge helpful)

    ·       Education:  Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required or relevant work experience
