    WHAT YOU GET TO DO IN THIS ROLE:

    • You’ll develop project schedules, define timeframes, and prioritize tasks to achieve design objectives.
    • Lead, build trust and collaborate on increasingly complex projects with some supervised work on new ambiguous design programs.
    • Provide clear communication to cross-functional team leads and management regarding project status, resource requirements, issues, and priorities.
    • Shape, drive and document processes and tools for effective team workflows and collaboration

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 2+ years of professional project management experience.
    • A go-getter, ambitious problem solver with a growth mindset.
    • Working knowledge of design thinking best practices and basic product design processes.
    • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Adaptable problem solver with experience in soliciting ideas, recommending options and executing solutions
    • Comfortable interfacing with various types of people and roles, either in presentation setting, informal stakeholder interviews, or large meetings; strong communications skills
    • Previous business operations or design operations experience within an enterprise software company, start-up or agency.
    • Actively seeks and welcomes diverse collaborators, perspectives, and experiences

     

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • BA/BS degree or higher in Business Management, Computer Information Systems (CIS), Management Information Systems (MIS), Operations and Information Management (OIM) or other equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Experience working on and managing large projects or programs with cross-functional teams.
    • Deliver solutions and strategies while mitigating or removing obstacles.
    • Experience utilizing software to keep projects organized, track metrics, and report on progress.

    WORK PERSONAS

    Work personas are categories that are assigned to employees depending on the nature of their work. Employees will fall into one of three categories: Remote, Flexible or Required in Office. 

    REQUIRED IN OFFICE

    A required in office work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office. This persona is required to work from their assigned workplace location 100% of the work week based on the business needs of their role.

    FLEXIBLE 

    A flexible work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office and will work from their assigned workplace location roughly 3 days/week or less (generally around 40-60% of the work week). Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.

    REMOTE

    A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home. Remote employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
