    Job Description

    ROLE 

    ServiceNow is experiencing tremendous growth with the market acceptance of our cloud-based workflow management products, apps, and industry solutions and we are transforming our Enterprise NPI operating model to support our speed of innovation.  

    The Sr. Manager, NPI Business Ops and Training will support the Sr. Director of NPI/GTM Readiness with internal planning, stakeholder communications and cross functional training development.  This leadership role will own stakeholder communications and change management driving cross functional collaboration for the organization, manage internal annual planning meetings and processes, and be responsible for all training development for New Product Introduction and Go To Market Readiness. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of developing high quality collaboration and marketing experiences, training strategy and execution, vendor management and program management. The successful candidate is a results-driven leader who brings a strategic approach and thought leadership to achieve desired business outcomes.  In addition, the selected candidate has demonstrated operational rigor and continuous delivery of improvements with measurable impact. 

         WHAT YOU GET TO DO IN THIS ROLE: 

    BUSINESS OPERATIONS:  

    ·         Manage recurring meetings and communications with stakeholders, cross functional teams and staff (NPI Core Team, NPI Staff) 

    ·         Manage the NPI/GTM Readiness internal planning process, presentations and communications 

    ·         Manage QBR process and presentations

    ·         Manage Employee Voice Survey process (results and communications plus change planning) 

    Communications:  

    ·         Develop NPI/GTM Readiness overview/awareness training or presentations for new executives  

    ·         Develop strategic approach and execute (build and maintain) NPI/GTM collaboration site to meet customer questions and needs.  Collaborate with digitization team to integrate knowledge, tools and processes into the collaboration site wherever possible. 

    ·         Develop vision and process for continuous communications from the NPI/GTM Readiness team.  Align the team on strategy, timing and roles.  Drive timely completion of agreed upon communications. 

    NEW PRODUCT INTRODUCTION AND GO TO MARKET READINESS TRAINING:  

    ·         Develop curriculum strategies, scope, goals for 2 - 3 distinct roles (GTM Leads, Product Managers, new NPI team members, GTM Working Team Leads).  Continually prioritize and manage updates to training based on new processes or organizational changes year over year. 

    ·         Ensure training for the Digitization team is created and rolled into each of the role-based learning paths. 

    ·         Select and retain an external training vendor for training development.  Monitor scope and spend to stay in budget to deliver completed training curriculum. 

    ·         Develop success metrics and goals and report on all NPI/GTM training programs.   

    ·         Coordinate with other cross functional training teams to mature any training that touches NPI/GTM Readiness.  

    ·         Coordinate with other ServiceNow training teams to determine best internal training platforms for each learner role.  Participate in future evolutions of how training is delivered at SN.

    IN ORDER TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, WE NEED SOMEONE WHO HAS: 

    ·                Excellent program/project management skills & strong facilitation skills 

    ·                Significant experience in leading the strategic development and execution of collaboration sites such as web/digital experience  

    ·                Significant experience in training curriculum development and implementation  

    ·                Experience leading diverse, high performing matrixed teams 

    ·                Thrives in fast-paced environment, adept at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment to drive results 

    ·                Well-versed in SaaS business processes and SaaS launch processes 

    ·                Ability to challenge the status quo and develop mindshare to drive towards a common goal 

    ·                Combination of strong intellect, exceptional active listening skills, and creative problem-solving skills 

    ·                Excellent verbal & written communication skills, including the ability to synthesize information that can be easily consumed by various executive audiences

    FLEXIBLE 

    A flexible work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office and will work from their assigned workplace location roughly 3 days/week or less (generally around 40-60% of the work week). Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.

    REMOTE

    A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home.
