    Job Description

    Role: 

    An amazing opportunity exists within the Global Digital Acquisition Strategy and Operations (DASO) team at ServiceNow as we are looking for a Senior Program Manager with a track record of supporting a complex marketing organization. This role provides program management, marketing performance strategy & analytics, and planning that will help support leadership goals and objectives. This person will work closely with leadership across multiple marketing teams with a focus on fast and iterative insights and possess strong organization and communication skills.

    What you get to do in this role: 

    • Manage cross-functional program deliverables and deadlines across multiple digital acquisition channels globally and assure alignment between all stakeholders
    • Create organization wide templates, workflows, and processes that eliminate blockers and streamline processes and deliverables
    • Understand cross-functional goals and processes to strategically create better alignment in the areas of: resourcing, budgeting, capacity planning, reporting, and strategic planning.
    • Provide data-driven presentations and or models to inform leadership of team performance and progress towards goals.
    • Own information gathering of any marketing communications that need to be past to or actioned by DASO team
    • Coordinate high-level goals and targets with accountable owners through regular reviews and checkpoints.
    • Own budget, spend maintenance and governance within DASO org as well as Finance and procurement
    • Own management of hiring, headcount, and staff related needs
    • Manage, influence and collaborate on special projects as needed for leadership and coordinate cross team participation to assure completion of process.
    • Own roadmaps, timelines and communication plans on all DASO  annual and quarterly planning, strategy decks, QBRs and event/ team planning
    • QA DASO leadership deliverables and assure completion and quality control
    • Manage agendas, action items, communication and  follow through to completion of projects coming out of strategic meetings.
    • Organize and assure centralized place for team communication, documentation, training etc
    • Run and coordination All hands, strategic meetings, DASO recognition and team building initiatives
    • Own employee onboarding process and training bootcamps
    • Develope and integrate/ implement processes as need to assure greatest efficiencies.  
    • Help manage day to day operations for DASO leadership
    • Collaborate across departments and partner with key stakeholders as needed to assure quality delivery of projects required of DASO to stakeholders.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • 10+ years of program and/or project management experience in marketing organization
    • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, planning, execution and reporting process including project management and prioritization.
    • Experience working across multiple digital marketing channels including Ad Ops, SEO, SEM, email, events etc
    • Proficient understanding of Digital Landscape and all moving parts of a Digital organization
    • Experience working in a global cross-functional environment and influencing multiple stakeholders to complete deliverables and meet deadlines.
    • Familiarity with Enterprise B2B tech marketing initiatives and projects as well as project management tools and systems
    • Strong communication, presentation, excel, organizational, tactical execution, and operational skills.
    • Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
