    Certifications:

    ServiceNow Certified Application Developer

    ServiceNow Certified System Administrator

    ITIL V3 Foundations Certification

    State of Ohio - DOT - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer – 755928 (Onsite)

    Agency: DOT - Ohio Department of Transportation

    The candidate will be supporting The Ohio Department of Transportation’s (ODOT) Information Technology ServiceNow Delivery Team and SPECIFICALLY, THE SERVICENOW PRODUCT.

    Responsibilities that include:

    Assist in configuring ServiceNow PSDS to meet the specific requirements

    Maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external applications

    Provide Support for ongoing and recurring IT Security audits of system

    Solution development in the ServiceNow platform

    Service Catalog item development

    Consult with program/project management to develop appropriate technical solutions/ requirements and/or design review sessions

    Experience

    Ability to design and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform that satisfy business requirements communicated in writing and/or verbally

    Ability to troubleshoot/debug issues in existing applications.

    Ability to troubleshoot/debug platform issues using the System Logs and/or debugging tools.

    Ability to use various browser-based debugging tools (ex: Chrome, IE, Firefox)

    Ability to conduct demos with client stakeholders and elicit feedback.

    Ability to work in an Agile project management environment

    Possess excellent communication skills; both oral and written skills including strong meeting and work session skills

    Proven experience in handling data conversion including but not limited to data integration (real time and batch) mapping, transformations, bulk data import/export, mass updates, cut over plan, exception handling

    Required Experience:

    ServiceNow development experience using server and client-side APIs

    ServiceNow development experience using Forms, workflows, Service Portal

    Role/group-based ACLs configuration and debugging

    Experience building custom workflows

    Service Portal development (e.g. Widgets, Service Portal Pages, AngularJS)

    General IT experience with consulting experience preferred
