The Talent Source is hiring a Senior ServiceNow Solution Analyst for an enterprise client expanding their digital capabilities. This is a contract-to-perm opportunity offering long-term career growth, mentorship, and an excellent hybrid work setup—onsite 2-3 days per week in either Dallas, TX or Fort Lauderdale, FL.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions
• Develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into platform solutions
• Optimize and automate business processes across ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, AppEngine, etc.)
• Stay ahead of platform trends and lead platform upgrades/enhancements
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years’ experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, IRM, SecOps, AppEngine)
• Active ServiceNow CSA and ITIL Foundation v3+ certifications
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes, Agile/DevOps, and technical solution design
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s in CS, IT, or related field
