    Any Hour Group – ServiceTitan Administrator

    Location: Orem, Utah

    Founded in 2021, the Any Hour Group has rapidly expanded to become a leading provider of home services across 30 locations in 10 states, with a team of over 2,000 members. Our commitment to delivering exceptional service and fostering a positive work environment has driven our success and growth. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic ServiceTitan Administrator.

    The ServiceTitan Administrator will perform integrations, trainings, and technical support for partners within the Any Hour Group. They will use Microsoft products such as Teams, Excel, and Outlook to coordinate these efforts across the group. The administrator will also be key in working with ServiceTitan to build out CRM functionality and gaining buy-in from partners to roll out the software.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • ServiceTitan Integrations & Support: Oversee and manage integrations of ServiceTitan within Any Hour Group.
    • Training & Technical Support: Provide training and ongoing technical support for internal partners and teams.
    • Collaboration & Coordination: Utilize Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Outlook to coordinate efforts across the organization.
    • CRM Development: Partner with ServiceTitan to enhance and build out CRM functionality to meet business needs.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with partners to gain buy-in and support for the successful rollout of ServiceTitan software.
    • Cross-Functional Communication: Ensure effective communication across departments to facilitate seamless software adoption and usage.

    Qualifications:

    • 2-5+ years of full scope ServiceTitan experience, preferably in home services or similar fields.
    • Serivce Titan Certified Admin certification.
    • Deep knowledge of ServiceTitan settings and functionality, along with the capability of successfully training and integrating.
