    The Button Law Firm is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Settlement Coordinator to join our growing team. You will manage and streamline the settlement phase for our clients, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience during a critical phase of their legal journey. Compensation and Benefits: Base Salary: The annual salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $60,000. Performance-Based Bonuses: Eligibility for performance-based bonus incentives. Responsibilities: • Settlement Coordination: Manage all aspects of the settlement process, including preparing, reviewing, and organizing settlement documents, resolution of liens, and reduction of medical expenses. • Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during the settlement phase, ensuring they are informed and supported. • Case Management: Collaborate closely with attorneys and paralegals to ensure cases are processed efficiently and accurately. • Documentation and Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal standards and proper documentation of settlement agreements. • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with medical providers, lien holders, and other third parties to facilitate timely resolution of cases. • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records and databases, track settlement timelines, and monitor progress to meet deadlines. • Problem-Solving: Identify and address any obstacles that could delay the settlement process. Qualifications: • 1–2 years in legal, medical billing, or settlement-related roles. • Familiarity with personal injury law or similar legal areas is a plus but not required. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. • Spanish speaker preferred. • Strong written and verbal communication abilities. • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. • Proficient in using legal software, CRM platforms, or willingness to learn. • Team player with a proactive, client-centered approach. • High school diploma or GED is a requirement. Experience in any of the following is a plus, although not required: • Practice Panther (CRM) • Outlook • Office 365 • Box • Mac OS Compensation: $50,000-$60,000
