TITLE OF POSITION: Systems and Data Analyst 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provide hands-on support and assistance in maintaining the information technology utilized by Shane’s Rib Shack, in addition to assisting with data gathering for various departments. This includes areas such as the Point of Sale System, Online Ordering Menu, Mobile App, Website. The applicant will play a key role in testing all aspects of the POS and Mobile App by creating test plans, running manual tests, identifying and reporting potential issues or inconsistencies. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Report issues that are clear, concise and in a timely manner to development
• Write and execute POS test cases
• Assist with Store Level price changes 
• Prepare Reports and Documentation for various departments
• Provides ongoing restaurant level support to resolve issues with assigned technology products and tracks systemic trends to proactively identify potential issues.
• Monitor and follow up on open support tickets
• Monitor and assist with responding to feedback submitted by guest regarding App experience
• Help with managing menu across POS, Online Ordering and App platforms

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business, or relevant related work experience
• Proficiency and experience with computer software systems and knowledge of software applications
• Advanced proficiency in business applications, such as Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
• Proven work experience in software development or quality assurance
• Preferred work experience in Mobile Application Testing
• Self-starter with the ability to work on several projects concurrently
• Proven analytical and problems solving skills
• Ability to work in a team-orientated, collaborative environment on projects and troubleshooting

BENEFITS:

Your employment with Shane’s Rib Shack will be based on a set salary with paid vacation. Salary increases will be based on performance and value added to the company. You will also be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, flexible spending account, & life insurance. The base salary is quoted annually and payable in equal bi-weekly installments. You will be provided a company paid cell phone, a MacBook Pro Laptop Computer, and a corporate credit card for expenses. This position will involve occasional travel trips to visit Franchise Owners, or_ _Shane’s locations, when necessary. Personal vehicle mileage will be reimbursed at the current IRS stated rate, currently at .55 per mile for business related travel.
