SharePoint Aministrator / Project Manager
Overview: Business Analyst/PM with excellent communication and organization skills to engage clients on projects, collect and document requirements, by coordinating and running requirement gathering sessions. Design and coordination of content migration efforts. Designing of Intranet and Information Architecture working with clients. Workflow design and requirements gathering. Delegating configuration and customization to off-shore staff. Working sessions to train users. Collecting information on user issues and prioritization/coordination of resolutions. End user support. Monthly refinement and publishing of status reports.
