    Location: Washington, DC; Riverdale, MD; Reston, VA; Colorado Springs, CO

    Clearance Required: Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess a current and active TS/SCI clearance granted by the Department of Defense or an Intelligence Community agency. Must be able to pass a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.

    We are seeking a highly motivated SharePoint Developer to design and build SharePoint sites, web pages, and user interfaces. The SharePoint Developer will also have the opportunity to propose solutions to complex business operations.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Architect, design, test, implement, and manage multiple on-premise SharePoint solutions
    • Work with the customer to design and build web pages and user interfaces using a variety of web applications, techniques, and tools
    • Recommend best practices and propose innovative SharePoint/Web solutions to automate/solve complex business operation requirements
    • Build workflows and migrate content from older versions of SharePoint to newly architected and deployed systems
    • Lead the analysis, documentation, planning and execution of content migration
    • Define, develop, implement, and codify the requirements for document management
    • Create web-oriented applications, developing coding constructs, frameworks, components and interfaces supported by the SharePoint environment
    • Conduct SharePoint Administration tasks (e.g., permissions, unique permissions, site builds) and Design Tasks (e.g., custom workflows, editing master pages)
    • Customizing editor web parts using HTML, CSS, JQuery, and RestAPI

    Required Qualifications:

    • Understanding of SharePoint classic and modern mode (SharePoint 2019)
    • Experience with HTML and CSS
    • Experience with JavaScript and JQuery
    • Understanding of RestAPI calls
    • Basic understanding of DOM (Document Object Model)
    • Experience with M365 Teams/SharePoint
    • Migration experience from one SharePoint version to another
    • DoD 8140 or applicable certification.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Experience supporting, interacting, and facilitating solutions with customers from various levels and perspectives (e.g., government leaders, military, contractors)
    • Knowledge/experience with Power Platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps, JSON)
    • Knowledge management experience

    Essential Job Functions:

    • Architect, design, build, test, implement, and manage custom applications using programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript
    • Coordinate, manage, and solution customer requirements into all builds
    • Build workflows and migrate content to assist in the migration to newer application versions
    • Define, develop, implement, and codify the requirements for document management
    • Recommend best practices and propose innovative solutions to automate/solve complex business operation requirements

    Education Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree. Must meet DoD 8140 qualification requirements.

    Years of Experience:

    • 10+ years of relevant work experience
