    Fat Fender Garage, a high-end custom restoration and restomod classic truck shop founded in 2013 in Gilbert, Arizona; is seeking a highly qualified Executive Assistant. Being awarded "Builder of the Year" in both 2020, 2021 and 2022 by StreetTrucks Magazine, we've become one of the top custom truck builders in the country. Our primary focus is building high-quality vintage trucks that push the envelope, as well as continuing to expand our growing parts and chassis business. This qualified individual will have a deep understanding and passion as a Fabricator and willing to contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

    Education and Experience Requirements:

    Must have minimum of 1-2+ years' experience as personal assistant

    Should have experience in automotive industry

    High school diploma or equivalent education required

    Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance

    Knowlege with office applications (MS Word, Excell, Access, OneNote, and PowerPoint)

    Project management software knowledge would be beneficial

    Essential duties and responsibilities:

    Reporting to the owner(s) and performing secretarial and administrative duties

    Plan work related travel and maintain appointments

    Maintain calendar, answer phone calls and emails

    Liaising with internal departments

    Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents for owner

    Acts as liaison between employees and any outside contractors needed to resolve specialized problems

    Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondences

    Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions in person or via email

    Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes

    Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
