  • Responsibilities

    **Responsibilities:

    • Set up and operate CNC laser cutter, folder, and press brake machines to produce parts according to engineering drawings and job order specifications.

    • Ensure machines are properly set up and calibrated for each production run.

    • Monitor machine operations and adjust settings to ensure optimal performance and adherence to quality standards.

    • Conduct regular quality inspections of produced parts using precision measuring instruments.

    • Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform adjustments or repairs as needed.

    • Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to resolve production issues and improve processes.

    • Train and mentor entry-level machine operators on machine operation and best practices.

    • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols and maintaining a safe working environment.

    **Requirements:

    **

    • A high school diploma or equivalent, as well as technical training or certification in machine operation, is preferred.

    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience operating CNC laser cutter machines, folder machines, and/or press brake machines in a manufacturing environment.

    • Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.

    • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance tasks on machines.

    • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

    • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

    • Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
