About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Shift Lead at Birdie's Links and Drinks in Middletown, DE. As a Shift Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional customer service at our establishment.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support staff during shifts

Assist in opening and closing duties

Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any customer issues

Oversee inventory management and restocking

Train new employees on company policies and procedures

Assist in providing over the top customer service

Promote positive and high energy culture

Requirements:

Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle high-pressure situations

Knowledge of food and beverage industry regulations

Must be at least 21 years old and hold industry certifications
