Job Summary:

The Shift Lead at Jamba Juice plays a vital role in supervising team members and ensuring smooth shift operations. They lead by example, provide coaching, and ensure brand standards are met while upholding Jamba’s mission to inspire and simplify healthy living.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise crew members and delegate tasks to ensure operational efficiency

Provide training, coaching, and feedback to team members during shifts

Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and store appearance standards

Handle cash register transactions and manage cash control procedures

Assist in inventory counts and stock management

Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner

Open and close the store as required

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older

1+ year experience in a food service or retail environment

Ability to lead and motivate a team

Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

Dependable and punctual, with strong organizational abilities
