What You’ll Do:
Lead with Purpose: Oversee team members during shifts, ensuring they are motivated, productive, and customer-focused.
Drive Excellence: Maintain high standards for product quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
Support Operations: Assist with inventory management, cash handling, and daily operational tasks.
Be a Role Model: Train and coach team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Solve Problems: Address challenges promptly and professionally to keep operations running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
Leadership experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in food service or retail.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
A positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to excellence.
Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
