Shift Lead – Orangetheory Fitness

📍 Location: Spring Hill, TN 🕒 Full-time | Flexible Schedule Required Pay Range: $16 - $18 Plus Commission

🔸 What You’ll Do:

As a Shift Lead, you’ll support the Studio Manager in the day-to-day operations, lead your shift team, and deliver top-tier member experiences. Responsibilities include:

Lead by Example: Set the standard for professionalism, customer service, and performance on every shift.

Drive Studio Performance: Generate leads, sell memberships, and help your team hit sales and engagement goals.

Build Community: Foster a culture of fun, inclusivity, and motivation among staff and members.

Ensure Operational Excellence: Maintain studio cleanliness and organization, manage member accounts, assist with promotions, and ensure brand standards are met.

🔸 Key Responsibilities:

Oversee studio operations and staff performance during your shift

Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring team members

Troubleshoot OTBeat technology and ensure proper usage

Support administrative tasks (freezes, cancels, upgrades, social media marketing, etc.)

Conduct daily audits, manage member follow-ups, and ensure data accuracy

Celebrate member milestones and maintain active engagement on social media

Maintain a clean, safe, and energized studio environment

Represent the Orangetheory brand at community events and in-studio promotions

🔸 What We’re Looking For:

Previous sales, retail, and customer service experience preferred

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Highly organized with a strong attention to detail

Tech-savvy and comfortable using studio management software

Fitness-minded and enthusiastic about helping others reach their goals

Must be flexible to work evenings, early mornings, weekends, and special events

High school diploma or equivalent required
