As a brand new establishment in the bustling Brea Mall food court, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and a memorable dining experience to our guests.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Lead to join our team and help us establish our brand presence in the Brea Mall food court. The Shift Lead will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth restaurant operations during their assigned shifts, providing leadership to the team, and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, including opening and closing procedures
Supervise and motivate team members to maintain high standards of service and efficiency
Assist with training new team members on restaurant policies, procedures, and menu items
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Manage inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving restaurant performance and customer satisfaction
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including food preparation areas and dining areas
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, preferably in a leadership role
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively delegate tasks and motivate team members
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven customer service experience with a focus on guest satisfaction
Knowledge of Asian cuisine and/or experience working in a similar concept restaurant is a plus
Proficient in food service operations
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and use hands for your entire shift
Frequently bend and kneel to effectively run a restaurant
