    Roll and Co. is an exciting new addition to the vibrant culinary scene in Brea, CA. We specialize in Vietnamese build your own spring rolls served in a fast-casual setting, providing customers with fresh, healthy, and delicious options. As a brand new establishment in the bustling Brea Mall food court, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and a memorable dining experience to our guests.

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Lead to join our team and help us establish our brand presence in the Brea Mall food court. The Shift Lead will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth restaurant operations during their assigned shifts, providing leadership to the team, and delivering excellent customer service.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, including opening and closing procedures

    • Supervise and motivate team members to maintain high standards of service and efficiency

    • Assist with training new team members on restaurant policies, procedures, and menu items

    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

    • Manage inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed

    • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner

    • Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving restaurant performance and customer satisfaction

    • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including food preparation areas and dining areas

    • Perform other duties as assigned by management

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, preferably in a leadership role

    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively delegate tasks and motivate team members

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Proven customer service experience with a focus on guest satisfaction

    • Knowledge of Asian cuisine and/or experience working in a similar concept restaurant is a plus

    • Proficient in food service operations

    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

    • Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and use hands for your entire shift

    • Frequently bend and kneel to effectively run a restaurant
