We are looking for an experienced and passionate Shift Leader to join our team.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for long hours at a time and work in a fast-paced environment.
ServSafe Certification
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as ambassador for brand standards and company values. Knows and coaches to them at every opportunity.
Execute Food Safety & Line Checks 100% on every shift and takes any corrective action required
Perform Management Travel Paths and Pre-shift Meeting Checklists in accordance with Shift Checklists.
Manage cash control and security procedures.
Manage labor and food cost throughout shift
Take appropriate actions to ensure the restaurant’s vision and associated targets are met shift by shift.
Hold all Team Members and other management team accountable to the brand standards.
Solve shift related problems, identify opportunities and communicate well to General Manager and Restaurant Managers about how restaurant can improve performance.
Stay up to date with operational changes by reading and executing on corporate communications.
Ensure all Occupational Safety and Health Act, local health, and safety codes, as well as the company safety and security policies are being adhered to. Ensures that the restaurant is following the preventative maintenance program with regards to facility, equipment, and building maintenance.
Ensure a safe working and Guest experience environment by facilitating safe work behaviors of the team.

Math Ability – This position requires excellent business math skills
Reasoning Ability – This position requires strong problem solving and decision-making skills, and the ability to be flexible and adapt in any situation.
Supervisory Responsibilities – This position reports to the Restaurant Manager & General Manager and requires supervisor responsibilities of team members
