    Honest Mary’s is a fast casual restaurant that serves healthy & delicious grain bowls made from scratch with simple and nourishing ingredients. Everyone on our team takes part in: prepping sauces and veggies, constructing perfect bowls, serving guests, keeping the space shiny, and bringing amazing energy to our team and guests. At Honest Mary’s, we’re committed to genuinely caring for our people. We prioritize the health and wellbeing of our team, sustainable work loads, and sustainable schedules. Shift leaders run each shift, assigning prep tasks, support the entire shift in their various assigned positions, help assess prep for the next shift, communicate issues to upper leadership, and coach the team. They also take part in weekly leadership meetings, and leadership development training.
