Responsibilities: • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance performance. • Lead, motivate, and support a team of employees during shifts to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service. • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner. • Ensure that food quality and customer service meet or exceed company standards. • Assist in inventory management, including placing orders when necessary. Qualifications: • Leadership experience in a restaurant or service-oriented environment is preferred. • Experience in the food service industry. • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
