About the Role:
As the Shift Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting daily operations of the restaurant and upholding Off The Hook standards and culture during every shift. The work environment includes working in a fast-paced kitchen environment which requires long periods of standing, lifting and bending,
Key Responsibilities
Partner with General and Assistant General Manager to ensure operations meet all Off The Hook standards during shifts
Acts as manager on duty and open and closes the restaurant
Enforces Off The Hook polices and standards
Provide exemplary guest service
Uses tools, forms, and logs to support shift execution, document results and take corrective actions when needed
Always ensure cleanliness of restaurant during the shift
Requirements for Success:
Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorates that may be change
Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evening, and weekends and travel as needed for work related functions and training
Must be ServSafe certified or willing to obtain certification
1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
Must complete all required Off The Hook company training programs
Must be 18 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
Possess a valid driver’s license
