Ingo’s Downtown is looking for a shift supervisor to join the team!

Ingo’s Tasty Food is located in the heart of Downtown Phoenix at Block 23. We are surrounded by the Phoenix Suns Arena, the Footprint Center, the Arizona Diamondbacks Stadium and the Phoenix Convention Center. As the second Ingo’s location, ITF is now offering guests all day menu including: coffee, full breakfast, pastries, lunch, cocktails, and dinner favorites.

Hiring a shift supervisor, a role model of brand standards, who will supervise the restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis. You will assist in providing support to your fellow team members and coaching to ensure tasks are performed effectively. Preferably the schedule will be 5 days/week, primarily evenings.

The shift supervisor should have pervious Management or shift lead experience in retail, restaurants, or hospitality. Guest service experience is required and you must be comfortable within a high energy environment and have the ability to maintain professionalism and be levelheaded during peak hours and high-pressure situations.

Day in the Life: · Provide friendly, quality hospitality to each guest · Anticipating and reacting to guest needs · Consistently and accurately using cleanliness lists and station checklists, demonstrate a complete understanding of the menu · Develop positive working relations with all restaurant team members and work as part of a team to reach a common goal · Adapt to changing customer volume levels with a sense of urgency · Be open to cross-training in different areas throughout the restaurant · Maintaining proper food & alcohol handling, safety, and sanitation standards
