Pyramid Technologies, Inc. is looking for a motivated and reliable addition to our Production Team. As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery, assembling products, and ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently.

As a Shipping Associate, we are looking for a detail oriented individual capable of ensuring packages are accurately packed by performing quality checks before and after packaging, ensuring timely and accurate shipment of products to customers, maintaining accurate inventory records, and maintaining a clean and organized shipping area.

Responsibilities Include:

** ******Process customer orders and prepare shipments in a timely and accurate manner.

Use shipping software to create shipping labels, packing slips, and other shipping documents.

Verify accuracy of shipments and resolve any discrepancies or issues.

Pack and label products according to established procedures and quality standards.

Ensure proper handling and storage of products to prevent damage or loss.

Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and physical inventory counts.

Maintain a clean and organized shipping area, including keeping packing materials stocked and disposing of waste materials properly.

Follow established safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling products or operating equipment.

Communicate with other departments as needed to coordinate shipment of products.

Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge."

Preferred Qualifications

1 year or more of prior experience in a shipping or warehouse environment.

Ability to use shipping software and other computer programs to create shipping documents and maintain inventory records preferred.

Experience utilizing the FedEx Shipping platform, UPS Shipping platform, and experience in International Shipping preferred.

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Willingness to assist the production floor as needed, including cross-training to assist the Production Floor departments such as Production, Calibration, and Inventory as needed.

Physical stamina and ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others.

Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as needed.
