    MINIMUM 1-2 YEARS OF SHIPPING CLERK EXPERIENCE.

    Intela Staffing is looking to fill a Shipping Clerk role for a Luxury Drains manufacturer in the city of Huntington Beach, CA.

    Schedule: Monday through Friday 2:15PM – 11:00PM

    Responsibilities:

    Prepare and process shipments, including verifying and packaging items for delivery.

    Generate and print shipping labels, packing slips, and other necessary documentation.

    Inspect outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy, proper labeling, and adherence to company standards.

    Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and track shipments to confirm on-time delivery.

    Maintain accurate records of all shipments, including tracking numbers and delivery confirmations.

    Monitor inventory levels to ensure sufficient materials are available for shipping.

    Collaborate with other departments, such as Receiving and Inventory, to resolve discrepancies or issues.

    Operate shipping tools, scales, and other equipment safely and efficiently.

    Assist in maintaining a clean and organized shipping area.

    Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    Must pass background check.

    Adaptability/flexibility when encountering problems.

    Attention to detail, accuracy, dependability, and persistence.

    Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or a related field is preferred.

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Proficient in using shipping software and tools.

    Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office or similar programs.

    Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
