We are actively seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Shipping Clerk to join our Qualtronics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all orders are processed and shipped in a timely fashion. Responsibilities: • Create pack slips and shipping labels that accurately reflect customer’s desires • Prepare shipping documents for all types of shipments to vendors and customers • Create and maintain shipping logs that accurately reflect shipping information for invoicing purposes • Monitor shipping reports and notify appropriate personnel about late shipments • Update customer portal information in regard to shipments • Notify vendors and customers when shipments are ready for pickup • Perform basic clerical duties such as filing and records maintenance • Build rapport with transportation agents and internal personnel to reduce confusion and ensure timely inbound and outbound deliveries • Adhere to all ISO requirements related to the area • Perform other duties reasonably related to the position as assigned Qualifications: • Communications skills • Computer skills • Organizing skills • Ability to work under timeline pressures • Work independently • Time management skills • Attention to details • Rapport building skills • Sense of urgency Compensation: $15 - $16 hourly
