  • Responsibilities
    The Shipping Clerk is responsible for packaging and shipping firearms in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    • Accurately and efficiently packages and processes shipping of firearms.

    • Facilitate customer questions and resolve customer concerns.

    • Assist with general store cleaning to include collecting and disposing of all trash, cleaning and stocking restrooms and sweeping and mopping floors.

    • Performs other related duties as assigned.

    • Able to work independently and manage time efficiently.

    • Able to work as part of a team and assist other departments as needed.

    • Essential telephone etiquette.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • High school diploma or GED.

    • Basic firearm knowledge a plus but not required.

    • Previous shipping experience a plus but not required.

    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other related software.

    • Must be legally permitted to purchase and own a firearm.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

    • Working conditions are indoors.

    • Able to lift 25 lbs. on a consistent basis.
