Lindsay Windows is actively looking for a quality minded individual to work in our Union, MO location area as a Shipping /Dock Leader!

Your responsibilities:

Read and fill orders accurately.

Retrieve windows, scan bar codes, and place complete window order on window carts.

Move finished windows safely through the facility.

Receive and stock raw materials in a timely manner.

Lifting/moving/ placing windows and components that are 1-75 lbs.

Follow company safety procedures and policies and encourage a safe work environment for all team members.

Requirements Within This Position:

· Prior leadership experience preferred.

· Ability to lift heavy weights and work in varying conditions.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software

· The ability to lift 20-75lbs throughout the day.

Your Compensation:

Starting $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Pay is Dependent on Experience (DOE)

Opportunity for +$2/hour Attendance Bonus!
