JOB SUMMARY: The Shipping & Receiving Coordinator ensures all shipping and receiving tasks are completed accurately and on time, supporting the organization’s overall efficiency. This role is key in maintaining streamlined mailroom processes and providing backup for in-office mail handling. This position will manage the shipping, receiving, and sorting of physical and electronic materials, ensuring smooth operations and effective workflow across departments. Responsibilities: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: • Prints, scans, packages, and ships physical filings and client materials in a timely and accurate manner. • Generates and affixes accurate shipping labels for outgoing shipments, ensuring correct documentation. • Conducts meticulous data entry tasks, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive information. • Sorts and distributes incoming physical mail and packages to the appropriate recipients and departments. • Performs electronic sorting for filings and client materials, ensuring proper categorization and storage in digital systems. • Maintains accurate records and generates reports on all shipments, including tracking information, delivery status, and mail volume. • Respond to inquiries from team members and external vendors regarding shipping, receiving, and mail-related processes. • Performs quality checks on outgoing and incoming documents to guarantee accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements. • Performs other related duties as assigned. Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 yearly
