    Currently we are seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join our team and be an essential part of manufacturing. This person receives, unpacks, and examines incoming goods and verifies completeness of shipments against bills of lading and/or other records. We are willing to train the right candidate.

    Your Role in Our Mission:

    Responsible for the daily inventory transactions consisting of purchase order receiving, warehouse transferring, and parts order invoicing.

    Unload and check all received goods for quality, damage, and accuracy of load.

    Coordinate stock of replacement parts to be shipped by packing, completing associated paperwork, and arranging for shipping company to pick-up.

    Verify materials received are as ordered and routes incoming items to appropriate departments or locations.

    Load finished product on flat bed using forklift and complete associated paperwork.

    Use our ERP system, Epicor, to book freight and keep track of orders and inventory.

    When needed, operate forklift in a safe manner and report all hazards associated with the equipment to the Safety and Maintenance Department.

    Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.

    To Perform this Job Successfully:

    Forklift experience required.

    Ability to utilize computer programs including Microsoft Office programs and ERP.

    Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with other departments to coordinate workflow.

    Familiarity with Microsoft and Outlook programs.

    Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

    Maintain a positive sense of teamwork, including the ability to maintain regular attendance.
