We are looking for a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role combines hands-on warehouse operations with administrative responsibilities, ensuring smooth and efficient handling of shipments, inventory, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Shipping and Receiving Operations
- Prepare packing lists and Bills of Lading for outbound shipments
- Use software to generate shipping labels and invoices
- Verify outgoing shipments are properly identified, marked, and meet quality standards
- Unload trucks, receive inbound materials and enter into inventory
- Process freight shipments on a daily basis; call logistics carriers to coordinate pick-ups
Inventory Management & Documentation
- Maintain accurate receiving logs and verify incoming materials for count, weight, and accuracy by matching purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all received and dispatched inventory
- Assist in cycle counting and maintaining inventory accuracy using Inventory & ERP systems
Administrative Duties
- Prepare and produce accurate shipping documentation, including packing lists, Bills of Lading, and inventory reports
- Label products, boxes, pallets according to specific customer requirements
- Track, record, and manage shipments to ensure compliance with company procedures
- Support inventory audits by maintaining organized records and assisting with cycle counts
- Coordinate with carriers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and pick-up schedules
General Warehouse Support
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all warehouse areas, ensuring compliance with Department of Health and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet shipping deadlines and resolve logistical challenges
- Perform other duties as assigned, including additional shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks as needed
Requirements:
Proficiency with technology. If you struggle to use computer programs and are not tech-savvy this will not be a good fit
2-3 years experience working in a Shipping and Logistics capacity—freight experience preferred
Completed a high school diploma, GED, or Associates degree
A willingness to learn new information quickly, with high attention to detail
A self starter who takes initiative. If you are someone who sits around and waits for instructions from a superior this will not be a good fit
Compensation:
- Annual bonus (up to 10% of salary)

- Annual raises based on performance
- 9 to 5 shift with Early Fridays
