At Shipt, we are transforming the grocery shopping experience and giving time back to consumers. Shipt shoppers handpick fresh groceries and household essentials, then deliver them to your door in as little as one hour.
Shipt is growing and we are searching for a Partner Success Coordinator, Driven to join our team! You will join a newly created team and help build the foundation from the ground up while carefully cultivating and maintaining internal relationships during the pre-launch, launch, and post-launch initiatives. You support launches, advocate on behalf of your retailers' to help drive business, analyze trends, and work with internal departments to create long-lasting successful partnerships..
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively support Partner Success Manager, Senior Managers and Directors, who are both on-site and remote, with daily tasks, projects and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams both internally and externally to maximize retailers' growth through retailer launches and expansions, marketing initiatives and product offerings
- Ask questions and develop a deep understanding of partners' business operations in order to be your partner's advocate to Shipt teams
- Be a problem-solver; work with internal and external teams to develop sustainable solutions that benefit members, shoppers and partners
- Support the onboarding process of new retail partners to the Shipt and help launch additional business models
- Use internal communication channels and tools to track project progress and report status updates to supervisors and partners
- Interpret technical details and communicate with partners about requirements and specifications
REQUIREMENTS
- 1-2 years experience in account support, preferably in the technology, agency or retail sector
- Curiosity and a customer-service mindset
- Motivated to learn the business from your manager and leadership
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking
- Excellent partner-facing and internal communication
- Comfortable in a rapidly evolving industry and juggling multiple projects/deadlines
- Experience in process creation and improvement
- Ability to travel as approved by your manager
