Job Title: Shoe Store Sales Associate

Location: Greenwood Village, CO

Job Type: Part Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and client-focused Shoe Store Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and footwear, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to assist clients in finding the perfect pair of shoes.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients warmly and assist them in selecting shoes that meet their needs.

Provide expert advice on fit, style, and comfort.

Work with more than one client at a time.

Process sales transactions using the store’s POS system.

Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store policies.

Keep the sales floor neat, organized, and fully stocked.

Assist with inventory management, including restocking and organizing merchandise.

Handle client inquiries, returns, and exchanges in a professional manner.

Meet or exceed sales goals by providing exceptional client service.

Stay up to date on new shoe trends and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Able to listen to client needs and show empathy.

Prior footwear retail sales experience is a plus but not required.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

Basic math skills for processing transactions.

Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Work hours between Monday - Saturday, 11am and 6pm MT.
