    Job Description:

    We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Shop Coordinator to support both our front office operations and shop activities. This dynamic role involves customer service, dispatch coordination, hose assembly, inventory management, and shop maintenance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Customer Service & Dispatch

    Assist walk-in customers by fabricating hydraulic hoses

    Answer incoming calls, provide excellent customer service, and dispatch technicians to service jobs

    Follow up on completed jobs to ensure customer satisfaction and process payments when needed

    Inventory Management

    Check stock and pricing for customers

    Conduct periodic inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies

    Manage inventory transfers between the shop and technicians’ vans

    Help source unstocked parts and prepare inventory orders

    Shop Operations & Maintenance

    Open and close the shop each day, ensuring all security and operational protocols are followed

    Keep the shop organized, clean, and well-maintained

    Assist with general shop duties as needed to support technicians

    Qualifications:

    Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

    Excellent communication and customer service skills

    Experience in office management, dispatch, or a related field

    Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

    Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with shop work is a plus

    Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

    Proficiency in basic computer applications (email, invoicing software, spreadsheets)

    High school diploma or GED
