    We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Shop Foreman to join our dynamic team in our Metal Fabrication Shop located in Warminster, PA, 18974. As a Shop Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing production processes, ensuring quality standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.     Responsibilities

    • Lead and supervise the daily operations of the metal fabrication shop.
    • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
    • Oversee welding setups for production, ensuring proper techniques and safety protocols are followed.
    • Utilize CAD/CAM software, specifically AutoCAD, for design and production planning.
    • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients to ensure project alignment.
    • Read and interpret blueprints to guide fabrication processes.
    • Operate and maintain various welding equipment including MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux-Cored Arc Welders.
    • Utilize manual grinders and CNC plasma cutters for precise metal shaping and finishing.
    • Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high standards in production.
    • Train and mentor staff on welding techniques and equipment operation.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in metal fabrication.
    • Strong knowledge of welding processes and equipment.
    • Proficiency in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
    • Experience with quality control software and practices.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
    • Relevant certifications in welding and fabrication are a plus.
