    LPR Construction Co. is currently seeking a dedicated Shop Laborer to join our team at the Home Office located in Loveland, CO. This full-time, mid-career position offers a dynamic work environment where you will be a vital part of our operations. As a Shop Laborer, you will operate under supervision to ensure the seamless execution of all shop and yard functions. Your responsibilities will include the timely delivery and inventory of materials and equipment for various jobsites.

    The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a physically demanding role, with frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting, as well as exposure to various weather conditions. You must be able to follow directions precisely and execute tasks with accuracy and speed. This regular/at-will position offers an hourly wage ranging from $19 to $21 an hour, based on experience and qualifications.     Required Experience

    • 1-2 years of general laborer experience, preferably in the construction industry
    • Familiarity with construction materials and equipment handling, load/unloading semi-trailers
    • Proven track record of punctuality and reliability in previous positions
    • History of working well within a team and taking direction from supervisors
    • Miscellaneous building repair and maintenance.
    • Less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
