    We are a fabulous vintage, classic and hot rod automotive restoration shop seeking to hire a Shop & Service Manager to join our stellar team in Pitman, New Jersey. If you are an experienced shop manager with the ability to perform auto repairs, we want to hear from you!

    Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Staff Management; supervise service technicians to ensure efficient job performance and track timecards.
    • Quality and Time Management; ensure work is completed on time and to the highest standards.
    • Customer Service; greet, contact, follow-up and obtain feedback with/from customers.
    • Inventory; order parts to ensure that they are readily available.
    • Communication; facilitate communication between staff and customers.
    • Service; make general auto repairs and or diagnostics as needed.

    We’re it if this is You:

    • 2 years or more experience as a shop manager.
    • Automotive diagnostics experience of 1 or more years required.
    • ASE Certification is preferred.
    • Time management experience 1 or more years required.
    • ASE A8 Engine Performance Certification is preferred.
    • Experience must be in classic, antique or hot rod vehicles.
    • Effective leadership skills.
    • Good communication skills.
    • Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    • Associates Degree preferred.
