    As a Shopify Operation Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing a fashion brand’s Shopify store, ensuring a seamless and efficient online shopping experience. You will play a key role in maintaining the Shopify platform, analyzing sales data, managing inventory, and coordinating with other departments to enhance the customer experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    ● Shopify Store Management: Oversee all aspects of the Shopify store, including product listings, collections, pricing, and promotions.

    ● Inventory & Order Management: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely order fulfillment.

    ● Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and other relevant metrics to provide insights and make data-driven decisions.

    ● Customer Experience: Ensure the website is user-friendly, responsive, and provides a high-quality customer experience. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

    ● Marketing Coordination: Work with the marketing team to implement digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SEO, and social media strategies.

    ● Platform Optimization: Regularly review and optimize the Shopify store for performance, including speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.

    ● Team Collaboration: Coordinate with various teams, including design, marketing, and customer service, to align store operations with business goals.

    Qualifications:

    Essential skills, experience, and qualifications required to apply:

    ● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

    ● 3+ years of proven experience managing a Shopify store, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.

    ● Proficiency with Shopify platform, including themes, apps, and integrations. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

    ● Experience with Shopify Plus and advanced e-commerce features.(

    ● Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics or similar tools to track and report on key metrics.

    ● Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

    ● Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.

    Nice-to-have (but not required) skills, experience, and qualifications:

    ● Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies, including email marketing platforms, SEO, and social media.

    ● Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.

    ● Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive work environment.

    ● Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
