    We are looking for a new short-term rental manager responsible for maintaining our short-term rentals by marketing and filling vacancies, coordinating repairs & maintenance on properties, and handling all owner or guest requests. We are looking for someone to be responsible for the direct oversight of all assigned properties, including possible after-hours, weekends, and holidays. The goal is to maximize the property's occupancy, and nightly rates while achieving great customer and owner satisfaction. This position requires someone who has strong computer skills, can take initiative, is well organized, detail-oriented, and able to speak in front of large groups. Responsibilities: • Must have exceptional communication skills, ensuring clear, timely, and professional interactions with both guests and property owners. They will effectively address inquiries, resolve issues, and foster positive relationships to ensure a seamless experience for all parties involved. • Establish rates by researching the local market and calculating costs so pricing is accurate and fair. • Oversees all on-site operations and maintains vendor relationships to make certain all aspects of the property are running smoothly. Qualifications: • Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities on the phone and in person • B.A. preferred, High School Diploma required • 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience preferred • 1-2 experience in short-term rentals is strongly preferred Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000
