You’ll handle guest inquiries, manage maintenance, and help with any reservations to ensure they have an excellent stay with us. Responsibilities: • Bookkeeping: Keep accurate and up-to-date records for all maintenance • Communicate with the cleaners to make sure the properties are ready for every guest • Mitigate customer complaints as needed • Answer incoming calls and questions about guests’ needs in-person and online regarding reservations, pricing, amenities, availability, and special requests Qualifications: • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent • Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems Compensation: $13 - $15 hourly
