Responsibilities: • Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service • Real estate sales • Lead generation • Lead follow up • Close appointments • Set appointments • Sales scripts mastery • CRM and database drip campaigns • Ongoing training Qualifications: • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Can spend a large amount of time driving • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • Present yourself in a professional manner • A real estate license required • Great communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $70,000 - $155,000 at plan commissions
