Responsibilities: • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions • Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely • Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner • Show homes to clients using best practices as defined by Dan Chin Homes • Keep Buyer Specialist/Lead Agent informed on client communications and developments • Coordinate with clients, listing agents, and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis • Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary Qualifications: • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving • Present yourself in a professional manner • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Hold, actively working to acquire, or intend on getting a real estate license • Bilingual Spanish/English • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • High school diploma Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 plus yearly
