Responsibilities: • Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria • Prospect Daily • Show houses, write offers, negotiate deals for your clients • Help Clients with a smooth closing process • MUST HAVE active NC Real Estate License • MUST HAVE Driver's License and Car Insurance Qualifications: • Present yourself in a professional manner • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • NC Real Estate License • Drivers License Compensation: $100,000 at plan
